Who has helped you grow the most in life? Pause for a moment to remember these people, their presence, empathy, and integrity. They allowed you to unleash and bring your fullest potential to work. How to become a resonant leader and help others develop and thrive through change is a frequent leadership topic that leaders bring to our conversations.

This transformational journey starts in the inner place from which leaders function, connecting with a higher purpose and embodying new ways of being. I engage leaders in a deep inquiry to uncover their blind spots, enhance self-awareness, identify developmental constraints, and create scaffoldings for their transformation.

Human beings develop through leaps between plateaus. There are zones of proximal development (ZPD) between these plateaus—a distance between the actual development stage and the potential one. I focus my support on these ZPD to help leaders identify and strengthen the scaffoldings they need to evolve. In so doing, they engage themselves in an ongoing learning loop to adapt and respond to what emerges at the edge.

As a result, they enhance connections across systems, co-evolve, and thrive amidst complexity—and their organizations can develop a coaching culture to nurture systemic capabilities while impacting their stakeholders for greater impact, faster. I help leaders shift the inner place from which they function to expand an organic developmental spiral across their systems.
